Job Purpose
"This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd."Duties and Responsibilities
RBI Regulatory COE:ƒ˜Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.ƒ˜Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspectionsƒ˜Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issuesƒ˜Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on timeƒ˜Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspectionsƒ˜Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and proceduresƒ˜Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changesƒ˜Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organizationRequired Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualificationsƒ˜CA / CA Inter having minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry ƒ˜Having strong background of accounting & financial systems ƒ˜Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements ƒ˜Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationƒ˜Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesƒ˜Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and qualityƒ˜Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareb)Work Experienceƒ˜3 - 4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry c)Skills KeywordsRBI Inspection, PMO, NBFC, Banking, Finance
