For more info, please visit www.moksatechnologies.com ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Taxation and Compliance : Manage all direct and indirect tax filings, including GST, TDS, and corporate taxes. Ensure compliance with all taxation laws applicable to the IT industry. Audit Management : Handle statutory audits and liaise with Big 4 auditors to ensure timely completion and compliance. Address audit queries, prepare responses, and implement recommendations. Oversee internal audits to improve financial processes and risk management Financial Operations : Supervise financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND-AS). Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the existing finance team, including the Accounts Executive, Assistant Manager Finance, and Manager Finance & Accounts. Provide guidance to the team on complex tax and financial matters. Qualifications : Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations for the IT industry, and audit practices. Familiarity with handling Big 4 auditors and statutory compliance requirements. Skills : Good understanding of Indian taxation laws and IT industry regulations including STPI and RBI filings. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Role & responsibilities A results-driven AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data science. Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions that solve real-world problems across domains such as customer experience, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experienced in building scalable models, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and applying AI to optimize user engagement and business outcomes. Design and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and NLP tasks. Build data pipelines for training and inference using structured and unstructured data. Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Whisper, RNNoise) for domain-specific tasks. Develop APIs and interfaces to serve AI/ML models at scale (e.g., using FastAPI, Flask, TensorFlow Serving). Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency. Conduct A/B testing, model validation, and monitor model performance in production. Research and integrate state-of-the-art ML and deep learning techniques. Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and resolve incidents efficiently. Monitor Genesys components including applications, servers, SBC, alerts, CCPulse/Pulse, GA, and reporting tools. Perform daily system health checks and report anomalies. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as log checks and basic troubleshooting. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Basic understanding of technical dialers is preferred.
