Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX for Hello Mentor’s mobile applications — from discovery to final handoff.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct or support user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and convert insights into meaningful design decisions.
• Run usability tests and iterate designs using both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
• Create and maintain components, styles, and scalable design systems in Figma.
• Prepare detailed design specs, annotations, and assets to ensure smooth developer handoff.
• Continuously refine existing flows to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Stay updated on modern mobile UI/UX trends and platform guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with a strong focus on native mobile apps.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile design workflows and outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, design systems).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with Android Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong visual design foundation — layout, typography, hierarchy, color, micro-interactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good to Have
• Experience in EdTech, B2C mobile apps, or consumer internet products.
• Exposure to analytics and metrics-driven design (funnels, drop-offs, A/B testing).

• Basic understanding of frontend or mobile engineering constraints.
• Experience contributing to or building a design system from scratch.
