About the Role

UI/UX Designer

This role is ideal for someone who loves taking ideas from concept to pixel-perfect screens and enjoys designing SaaS dashboards, onboarding flows, and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Design

  web dashboards, data displays, and interactive flows

  that are simple and intuitive.
• Create

  style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components

  .
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct

  user testing and feedback sessions

  to refine user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest

  UI/UX trends and best practices

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a

  UI/UX Designer

  (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in

  Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

  for wireframing and prototyping.
• Understanding of

  responsive design

  and best practices for web/mobile apps.
• Knowledge of

  user-centered design principles

  and usability testing.
• Ability to create

  design systems and consistent visual guidelines

  .
• Good communication skills to collaborate with product managers and developers.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for

  SaaS platforms or data-heavy dashboards

  .
• Familiarity with

  front-end basics

  (HTML/CSS, React components) to collaborate better with devs.
• Motion/interaction design skills (micro-animations, transitions).
