UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RPA development lifecycle using UiPath, including bot design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage Orchestrator, including setup, versioning, configuration, and monitoring bots.
• Automate complex workflows involving SAP, Excel, REST APIs, and browser-based platforms.
• Write clean, scalable code and reusable components in .NET (C# / VB), SQL, VBA, and HTML.
• Integrate OCR tools like ABBYY and implement Python integrations.
• Review bot code developed by team members and recommend improvements based on best practices.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure compliance and security in RPA architecture.
• Interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, define test scenarios, and deliver automation solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation, development standards, and runbooks.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MCA, or Computer Information Systems. (Note: No diploma/BSc/BCA-only candidates.)
• 6–8 years of total IT experience with 4+ years hands-on UiPath development.
• Proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator, bot lifecycle management, and enterprise RPA deployments.
• Strong programming experience in .NET (C#/VB), SQL, HTML, VBA, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Git or other source control systems.
• Exposure to SAP automation, Excel-based workflows, and browser/API automation.
• Experience working in structured project environments and across geographies.
  

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Advanced Certification
• Experience with AI/ML, Cognitive Services, or Data Science integrations.
• Project leadership, peer reviews, and best practice evangelism.
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Chennai and work in US business hours (2 PM–11 PM IST)
• No employment gaps; minimum 2 years tenure in each previous organization
