Job Overview
UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors using methods like surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain information architecture and navigation systems to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Craft user-centric,
visually strong UI designs
that balance usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. - Write clear and concise UX copy to guide users effectively through the interface.
- Participate in usability testing to validate design decisions and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Apply visual design principles to create polished, cohesive, and brand-aligned UI designs.
- Manage your time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Use analytical thinking to interpret data and metrics for making informed design improvements.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Expert proficiency in Figma
is required; familiarity with HTML & CSS, is a plus.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to Travel, B2B, web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
- Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
- Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to travel booking portal.
- Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as:
Figma, FigJam, Figma Make & Lovable AI
