UI & UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping user interfaces for web and mobile applications utilizing Figma. Your role will involve conducting user research and usability testing to enhance design solutions. You will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while ensuring that the designs adhere to EduGorilla's brand guidelines to improve the overall user experience. Additionally, you will continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and performance data. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree and showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work done using Figma. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on both web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping, is essential. Any familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous. Moreover, the ability to provide Figma responsive design export files with functional HTML, CSS, and XML is required. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles is crucial for this role, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience in user research and usability testing will be beneficial.
