About the Role
We’re looking for a UA Creative Specialist (Gaming UA) — someone who blends deep gaming knowledge with data-driven performance thinking. You understand how to dissect games, deconstruct player psychology, and translate insights into winning ad strategies that drive measurable growth.
This is a leadership role where you’ll guide a cross-functional team of creative strategists, analysts, and motion designers to deliver world-class UA creatives that move metrics — CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV. You’ll be the key driver connecting creative excellence with user acquisition performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics — CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV — and how creative impacts them.
- Strong background in game analysis, recording, scripting, and creative direction for UA ads.
- Experience creating fake ads, gameplay ads, and concept-based creatives for top-performing campaigns.
- Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and cross-platform UA ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of ASO best practices and how ad narratives influence conversion funnels.
- Ability to think and operate as a marketer, gamer, and creative problem solver — all at once.
What Will Make You Great at This Role
- You are a strong leader who can bring the best out of others and hold them to a high standard
- You have second-order thinking — you don’t just copy tactics, you see the structure behind what works
- You love creating systems and workflows. You’ve probably made SOPs, Notion dashboards, Airtable checklists, or AI tools to help your own work
- You have pattern recognition from studying 100s of ads and can spot what makes one outperform another
- You’re an active learner who follows creators and strategists on Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You save swipe files, read breakdowns, and share ideas
- You think like this: “Success is built on systems. If I can’t show the blueprint, no one can replicate the outcome.”
