Role Description

This full-time, on-site TSM role is based in Krishnanagar. The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will oversee and manage the assigned territory, ensuring the development and growth of FindiBANKIT's agent network. Responsibilities include building relationships with partners and stakeholders, achieving sales targets, training agents, monitoring market trends, and resolving issues to improve service efficiency. The TSM will play a key role in ensuring alignment with the organization's vision for financial inclusion.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partner management and stakeholder engagement
Experience in sales, territory management, and meeting operational targets
Knowledge of fintech products and services, including Micro ATMs, DMT, and AePS
Analytical and problem-solving skills for market trend analysis and operational improvements
Ability to work independently and develop strategies to grow agent networks and increase service penetration
Proficiency in training agents on fintech products and compliance processes
Prior experience in a similar role within fintech, banking, or related industries is advantageous
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in local languages is a plus
