Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Birbhum. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting financial solutions, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize promotional efforts. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets
Client Relationship Management skills, including building and maintaining client relationships and understanding customer needs
Strategic Planning and Execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
