Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners such as banks, NBFCs, payment networks, platforms, fintech, and technology enablers aligned with business goals. Collaborate for GTM & Product Integration: Work closely with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, marketing, technology) to ensure seamless go-to-market strategy and integration with partners. Escalation & Issue Management: Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. New Product & Service Rollout: Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations, compliance) and external partners to co-develop and roll out innovative fintech products and services (e.g. cards, wallets, credit lines, BNPL, embedded finance). Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key partnership KPIs including revenue, user acquisition, product adoption, and partner satisfaction. Suggest data-driven improvements for optimization. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between internal departments and partners to drive effective communication, smooth onboarding, seamless product integration, and joint go-to-market strategies.
