Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) at RapiPay Fintech Private Limited, located in Araria. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Direct Business Outlets (DBOs), onboarding new partners, and driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and providing training and support to DBOs while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales and business development, including experience in market research, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Proficiency in strategic planning, data analysis, and performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a team, and meet targets in a deadline-driven environment
• Basic understanding of financial services, banking, or the fintech industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in territory sales management or similar positions is preferred
