Job Description

  • Monthly Target achievement _ Product wise , set by the management
  • Cold calls to construction sites _ builders & infrastructure
  • Identify the potential of the customer
  • Understand the credit worthiness of customer
  • Introduce our range of products & explain the qualitative advantages
  • Involve seniors to close the deal
  • Follow up for repeat sales
  • Field reporting time between 9.30 to 9.45 AM & closing time after 6.00 PM
  • Attend weekly review meetings on every Monday
  • Minimum 4~6 qualitative calls per day as per JCP (Weekly Journey Cycle Plan)
  • Attendance & daily reports to be punched in company provided app
