Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.

  • Generate reports and analyse customer data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
