Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee various HR functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring that HR processes are compliant with company policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & On boarding:

Lead recruitment efforts for all open positions.

Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

Facilitate new employee orientation and on boarding.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.

Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives.

Performance Management:

Assist in setting up performance evaluation systems.

Monitor and track employee performance.

Organize training and development programs to address skill gaps.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.

Process payroll and manage benefits administration.

Compliance & Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws.

Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in labour regulations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 to 8+ years of experience in an HR role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employee relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
