Job Description

Responsibilities: • Coordinate with Area Business Managers and Category Managers for planning and executing field activities across states. • Conduct field day and farmer meeting audits to ensure program effectiveness. • Oversee demonstration planning, execution, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Audit demonstrations to ensure proper conduct and data collection. • Coordinate new product trials, including protocols, observations, and report preparation. • Facilitate resolution of technical issues related to demonstrations. • Analyse demonstration results to identify and communicate key product selling points (USPs) for various crop combinations. • Conduct classroom and in-field training sessions for sales teams on private label products and services. • Track and ensure timely resolution of all farmer complaints. • Actively participate in agricultural events within the assigned region. • Coordinate and facilitate field trials at State Agricultural Universities, securing necessary approvals, test materials, and reports. • Manage Model Farms: Ensure timely availability of demonstration materials, proper documentation, team coordination, plot audits, and reporting. • Address technical issues and coordinate soil sample collection, dispatch, and timely reporting for SHRI cards and soil testing services. • Facilitate business partnerships with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), including MoU signing, onboarding, growth plan development, product billing, and price-related issue resolution. Education & Experience: Manage Model Farms: Ensure timely availability of demonstration materials, proper documentation, team coordination, plot audits, and reporting. ● Address technical issues and coordinate soil sample collection, dispatch, and timely reporting for SHRI cards and soil testing services. ● Facilitate business partnerships with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), including MoU signing, onboarding, growth plan development, product billing, and price- related issue resolution. ● Ability to motivate and train team members ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders ● Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback. ● Manage Model Farms: Ensure timely availability of demonstration materials, proper documentation, team coordination, plot audits, and reporting. ● Address technical issues and coordinate soil sample collection, dispatch, and timely reporting for SHRI cards and soil testing services. ● Facilitate business partnerships with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), including MoU signing, onboarding, growth plan development, product billing, and price-related issue resolution.
