Treasury Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treasury Manager located in Rajasthan Bhiwadi. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company's financial resources, including cash flow forecasting, investment management, risk management, and financial planning. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring banking activities, optimizing company liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

Job Descriptions :

• Monitoring day-to-day banking and treasury operations including fund transfers, payments, collections, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flows, prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts, and ensure liquidity planning to meet operational and strategic needs
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for fund arrangements, credit facilities, and documentation
• Support in negotiation and renewal of working capital limits, term loans, LCs, BGs, and other financing instruments
• Maintain and update loan-related documentation, ensure compliance with covenants and submission of required reports to banks/NBFCs
• Handle forex transactions, monitor exchange rate movements, and support hedging decisions
• Coordinate interest cost optimization strategies and monitor banking charges
• Prepare and present various MIS reports related to fund utilization, cash position, debt obligations, etc., to the senior management
• Assist in managing internal controls and audits related to treasury and banking operations
• Provide support in improving automation, processes, and systems related to treasury using SAP functionalities

Experience working in manufacturing company.

Exposure to Forex and hedging instruments

Hands-on experience in handling bank documentation, LC/BG processing, and debt compliance tracking

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling

Proficiency in SAP FI Module
