About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organization in the Travel & Hospitality industry serving corporate, leisure and OTA channels. We deliver end-to-end travel solutions across domestic and international markets—flights, hotels, ground transport and packaged itineraries. This is an on-site sales role based in India focused on driving revenue through direct customer engagement and supplier partnerships.

Travel Sales ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and convert leads via walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls and corporate accounts to achieve sales targets and commission goals.
  • Manage end-to-end booking lifecycle: fare research, quoting, PNR creation, e-ticketing, invoicing, cancellations, refunds and exchanges.
  • Operate GDS and booking engines to source competitive fares, secure allocations and issue tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Negotiate rates, allotments and special contracts with airlines, hotels and ground vendors to improve margins and customer offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, prepare daily/weekly sales reports and collaborate with operations for service delivery and quality control.
  • Resolve customer queries and post-sales issues promptly to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
