Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage travel processes for international clients, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns. Oversee ticket booking, cancellation, and amendment processes using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems. Monitor customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT) and implement strategies to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with SLAs by maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
