Your Role: Crafting Journeys, Building Relationships As a Travel Experience Coordinator , you’ll be the architect of dream vacations, balancing meticulous logistics with creative storytelling. You’ll collaborate with global partners, design visually captivating itineraries, and ensure every client feels like the protagonist of their own travel story. Core Responsibilities: Curated Journey Design Creative Storytelling: Transform client questionnaires into visually stunning itineraries using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. Integrate multimedia elements like interactive maps, vendor videos, and client testimonials to bring destinations to life. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with 50+ global providers (boutique hotels, local guides, adventure outfitters) to secure exclusive experiences, from private vineyard tastings in Tuscany to sunrise yoga sessions in Bali’s sacred temples. Tech-Enhanced Planning: Utilize automation tools to streamline bookings while retaining a personal touch.
