Transmission Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Standards: Develop and maintain quality control standards and procedures to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal specifications.
• Inspection & Testing: Design and implement inspection and testing procedures for materials, products, and processes at various stages of production.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inspection and test data, identify deviations from standards, and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Process Improvement: Work with production teams to improve existing processes, procedures, and products to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
• Documentation: Coordinate and maintain extensive documentation, including inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), method statements, and checklists.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), safety regulations, and federal or international standards and regulations.
• Audits: Assist with internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Training: Provide technical support, guidance, and training to other departments and site teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaboration: Liaise with clients, consultants, site managers, and other engineers to address quality issues and coordinate activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
