Job Description

3D CAD software - Creo
Gear Design software such as Kiss Soft/Kiss Syss
Knowledge of Engineering subjects and concepts related to design of mechanical components like - Mechanics, Design of Castings and Forgings, GD&T, tolerance stacking
Exposure to design, testing and manufacturing of tractor/off-highway vehicle Transmission system/components.
Costing of Transmission components.
Exposure to usage of Indian and International Standards as applicable to design of transmission components
Should have experience in Designing of Transmission and Axle aggregates for Tractors. Automotive experience in Transmission Design can be considered.
Knowledge on design of Gears, shafts, housings, bevel gears, Planetary is required
Should have knowledge on Bearing Life prediction & Seals selection.
Expert in Creo with 3+ years of experience. Casting 3D modelling preferred.
Digital layout and stack analysis
Good at GD&T, Material selection and BOM creation.
Good understating of manufacturing process.
Knowledge in Engineering change process.
