Job Description

Hands-on expertise in Microwave (MW) transmission technologies, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MW links.
Experience working with multiple OEMs (Ceragon, Cambium, Radwin) and maintaining high transmission KPIs.
Strong knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS) for microwave operations and performance monitoring.
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving transmission issues related to connectivity, data flow, and multiplexer performance.
Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, MAN, and protocols such as TCP/IP.
Knowledge of 2G, 4G, 5G mobile technologies and related transmission standards.
Proficiency in routing and switching, including concepts of BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
Ability to coordinate with NOC, media, and MPLS teams during planned and unplanned outages to ensure smooth network operations.
Familiar with working on network devices such as routers, switches, and multiplexers from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, and Ciena.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,500.00 per month
