Job Description

As a member of the Transition team at the company, your role will involve managing the migration of business processes for both New and Existing Clients to a Hexaware delivery location. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end management of transition projects, from the inception phase to post Go Live stability. This includes identifying key risks and designing mitigation plans collaboratively. - Understanding current client business processes, creating workflows, and process maps to identify scope and design To-Be Solutions. - Identifying process improvements, setting performance ramp-up goals, and ensuring seamless process migration for customer satisfaction. - Tracking project deliverables as per agreed timelines in the Transition Project plan. - Managing day-to-day project communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, and producing accurate reports in a timely manner. - Adhering to relevant escalation processes for resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines, and other planning issues. - Communicating project progress to stakeholders at regular intervals. - Managing transition projects until they reach stability post Go Live, identifying risks, and designing mitigation plans. - Delivering Transition Projects and Programmes following best practice methodology, including risk management, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, and reporting. - Creating detailed project plans to manage interdependencies. - Reviewing project outcomes to identify corrective actions for timely delivery. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 4+ years in BPO transitions, preferably in the customer service business vertical. - Experience in operations and transitions across multiple domains. - Project delivery experience in all aspects of Transition Lifecycle Management. - Experience in Contract Management. - Strong project management skills. - Experience in working on RFP/RFI and supporting solutions. - Understanding and expertise in MS Office, MS Projects (Preferred).
