Transition Manager

As a member of the Transition team at the company, your role will involve the migration of business processes for both New and Existing Clients to a Hexaware delivery location. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end transition projects, from the inception phase to post Go Live stability. This includes identifying key risks and designing mitigation plans collaboratively. - Understanding current client business processes, creating workflows, and process maps to identify scope and design To-Be Solutions. - Identifying process improvements, developing performance ramp-up goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless process migration. - Tracking project deliverables according to agreed timelines in the Transition Project plan. - Communicating project progress to all stakeholders regularly and producing relevant reports accurately and timely. - Adhering to relevant escalation processes for resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines, and other planning issues. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also need to: - Manage day-to-day project communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Deliver Transition Projects and Programmes in line with recognized best practice methodology, managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, and reporting. - Produce detailed project plans to manage interdependencies. - Review project outcomes to determine corrective actions for timely delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 4+ years in BPO transitions, preferably in the customer service business vertical. - Experience in operations and transitions across multiple domains. - Project delivery experience in all aspects of Transition Lifecycle Management. - Experience in Contract Management, project management skills, and working on RFP/RFI and supporting solutions. - Understanding and expertise in MS Office, MS Projects (Preferred).
