Job Description

12+ years of strong Transition Management expertise in large-scale offshoring programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Deep understanding of IT delivery models (onshore/offshore, blended teams)
Knowledge of governance frameworks (RACI, SLAs, KPIs)
Risk management and mitigation planning experience
Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps principles
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage dependencies and prioritize tasks under tight timelines
Leadership and team orchestration capabilities for blended teams
Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, and MS Project
Good to have the technical awareness of platforms involved (Drupal, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, CommerceTools)
Experience in retail or healthcare domains is advantageous
