Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Design and deliver behavioral training programs using various methodologies such as NLP, MBTI, FIRO, etc.
Develop soft skills training curriculum for sales teams to enhance customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
Manage training programs from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
