Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver behavioral training programs using various methodologies such as NLP, MBTI, FIRO, etc.
  • Develop soft skills training curriculum for sales teams to enhance customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
  • Manage training programs from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
