Coimbatore- Candidate will handle Kerela also so Malyalam speaking is must

Vellore- Candidate will handle Vellore, Tirunalmalai till Hosur

Madurai- Candidate will handle Madurai, Trichi, Dindigul, Nagarcoil.

### *Job Purpose*

To drive performance and productivity of the Bancassurance channel by delivering effective training to bank staff and internal sales teams, ensuring strong life insurance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance adherence.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Plan and deliver *life insurance training programs* for Indian Bank branch staff and ABSLI sales teams.

* Conduct *induction training, refresher programs, product training, and sales skill workshops*.

* Enable bank staff on *need-based selling, objection handling, and customer engagement*.

* Work closely with *Banca Sales Managers* to identify training needs and performance gaps.

* Support achievement of *business targets* through improved conversion and productivity.

* Train teams on *IRDAI guidelines, compliance, and documentation processes*.

* Conduct *joint field work*, observe sales calls, and provide coaching & feedback.

* Maintain training MIS, reports, and effectiveness tracking.

* Ensure high *training coverage and certification completion* of bank staff.

### *Eligibility Criteria*

* *Preferred:*

* Minimum *2+ years of Life Insurance Training experience* (Banca/Agency preferred).

* Ability to influence and engage bank staff
