Role Overview: As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure that training programs meet business needs and improve overall performance. You will also ensure that all functional training programs meet the business requirements. Additionally, you will travel to various branches in Gujarat for training purposes and identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting needs assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training solutions that align with the business needs. - Gather, compile, and approve training needs for each employee from respective functional heads and HR head. - Establish open and transparent communication channels within the organization and ensure the effective translation of policies and procedures. - Utilize various training techniques such as e-learning, classroom learning, and on-the-job learning. - Optimize training processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Coordinate with HR team, departmental heads, and administration to develop and deliver training for both internal and field employees. - Manage the technologies and technical personnel required for training development, management, and delivery. - Manage communication to employees effectively. Competency Management: - Design a competency bank including assessment methodology. - Guide functional teams for competency mapping and evaluation. Employee Engagement: - Execute various employee engagement activities. - Facilitate and design engaging content for employee training. Additional Details: It is essential to have experience in the NBFC-MFI sector for this role. The department for this position is HR, and the location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The minimum qualification required is any graduate degree, and the ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
