Training Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) and Training Leader to architect, scale, and operate a compliant, digital-first learning ecosystem within a multi-process BFSI KPO environment. This role goes beyond traditional training delivery and owns end-to-end capability building across New Hire Training (NHT), continuous learning, leadership development, instructional design, and digital learning. The incumbent will partner closely with Operations, Quality, HR, Compliance, and Clients to elevate service quality, strengthen communication and soft skills, and deliver consistent, measurable business outcomes aligned to regulatory and client expectations

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in L&D/Training, with significant exposure to BFSI KPO or financial services environments.
• Proven experience in setting up and scaling training functions across multiple processes.
• Strong understanding of BFSI regulations, compliance, and risk considerations impacting training.
• Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms (LMS), virtual training tools, and content authoring solutions.
• Demonstrated success in linking learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes
