Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to plan, implement, and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills, service standards, and overall hotel performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across departments through performance analysis and feedback.
• Design and deliver training programs for induction, service excellence, leadership, and compliance.
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
• Coordinate departmental training with HODs and external trainers.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and assessment tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and statutory training requirements.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize refresher training, cross-training, and skill enhancement programs.
• Assist management in building a learning-driven culture within the hotel.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, HR, or Training & Development.
• 3–6 years of hospitality experience, with training or supervisory exposure.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training management tools.
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and prepare reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ooty, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Traning experience in hotel: 6 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
