Conduct training on Mortgage products (Home Loans & LAP)
Deliver induction & refresher training sessions
Coach sales teams on effective selling & compliance
Create engaging content role plays, case studies, e-modules
Mentor & motivate staff for business growth
Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Mortgage Sales/Training (BFSI)
Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong knowledge of Home Loans & LAP processes
