Job Title: Training CoordinatorBudget – 7.5 – 8 LPAJob Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Training Coordinator with the potential to develop and deliver soft skills training programs. The ideal candidate will play a dual role – organizing training schedules and logistics, as well as facilitating and coordinating soft skills training initiatives. You should possess a growth mindset, ready to expand your training expertise while supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:Training Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain training schedules and ensure the availability of resources (trainers, materials, equipment).
  • Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, participant registration, and tracking attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
  • Track and report training progress, ensuring the effective delivery of all programs.
  • Act as the point of contact for any training-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation for compliance.

Soft Skills Training:

  • Conduct engaging soft skills workshops focusing on areas like communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
  • Develop and update training materials tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Use a variety of delivery methods (in-person, virtual, group exercises, role-playing, etc.) to facilitate learning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  • Assist in measuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience with organizing and executing training programs.
  • Prior exposure to soft skills training is a plus (but not mandatory if you are in a growth role).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Office, and virtual training tools.
