📍 Location: Mangolpuri, Near Peeragarhi Metro Station (North Delhi)

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🕒 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a background in pharma sourcing? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and take charge of vendor coordination, product sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between Vendors, IP Team, Business Team, and the Plant

Identify new sources for products to expand and optimize procurement

Review and compare pricing from multiple sources to ensure cost competitiveness

Handle requirements from BD, Plant, and R&D; convert them into Purchase Orders (POs)

Provide timely costing information to the Business Development team

Procure APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and Excipients

Maintain accurate procurement records and transactions in SAP

✅ Requirements:

4–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of sourcing APIs and Excipients

Must have hands-on experience with SAP

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Strong pricing and negotiation acumen
