As a Human Resources Coordinator at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport, your role will involve creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing mail, ordering HR supplies, answering phone calls, and assisting with employee personnel files. You will also be responsible for supporting walk-in candidates, maintaining application spaces, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee records.
