Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for engineering software training programs and GATE courses.
• Contact leads provided by the institute and understand the candidate’s background (student or working professional).
• Explain detailed information about software courses, tools, GATE syllabus, training methodology, and project support.
• Clearly communicate course benefits, career relevance, batch schedules, duration, and fee structure.
• Guide candidates in selecting suitable courses based on their engineering stream, skill level, and career goals.
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure timely course enrollment and admission confirmation.
• Coordinate with the training and academic teams for batch allocation and class commencement.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, payments, and batch details.
• Support candidates during onboarding and ensure smooth start of training programs.
• Address candidate queries related to classes, schedules, course content, and certification.
• Maintain professional communication and build long-term relationships with learners.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on leads, conversions, and admission status to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
