A fast-growing organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead – Performance Marketing to spearhead digital user acquisition and campaign optimization. If you thrive in data-driven environments and want to scale high-impact campaigns, this is the role for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Planning

Design and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more.

Build conversion-driven marketing funnels tailored to financial/trading users.

Drive qualified lead generation and maximize conversions through strategic targeting.

Execution & Optimization

Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns end-to-end.

A/B test creatives, landing pages, and formats to improve ROAS and lower CPL.

Leverage retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation for better results.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV) via GA4 and ad platforms.

Deliver regular, actionable reports on campaign performance.

Collaboration & Growth

Align closely with creative, content, and sales teams.

Stay current with market trends and competitor performance.

Experiment with new performance channels and tactics.

✅ Requirements

4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing.

Demonstrated success in managing large-budget paid campaigns.

Deep analytical skills with a performance and ROI mindset.

Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Excel, and CRM tools.

Open to working on-site in Surat or relocating.
