Job Description

The OSS Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs that support operational excellence within the organization. This role ensures all staff receive the appropriate training, certifications, and ongoing development needed to perform their duties effectively. The coordinator works closely with department leads, SMEs, and management to identify training needs, develop materials, and track competency outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Program Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for OSS functions (e.g., operations, logistics, safety, systems, compliance).
  • Coordinate onboarding training for new hires, ensuring alignment with OSS standards.
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, and job aids.

2. Coordination & Scheduling

  • Plan and schedule training sessions across departments.
  • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
  • Ensure training resources (rooms, equipment, materials) are available and prepared.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate training records in LMS or internal systems.
  • Ensure all employees meet regulatory, safety, and internal certification requirements.
  • Prepare training compliance reports for audits and management review.

4. Needs Assessment & Evaluation

  • Conduct training needs assessments based on operational requirements, performance data, and feedback.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Recommend improvements to training processes and content.

5. Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OSS-related training inquiries.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and supervisors on training processes.
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and requirements clearly across the organization.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but optional).
  • 2–4+ years of experience in training coordination, operations training, or administrative support.
  • Experience in OSS, operations, logistics, or technical environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, MS Office, and document management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, especially in recordkeeping and compliance tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,136.65 - ₹38,623.19 per month
