Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to own end-to-end training coordination. The ideal candidate will manage stakeholder expectations, ensure timely delivery of training programs, and produce high-quality outcomes through clear communication and strong presentation skills.Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute training sessions across teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and trainers to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate training records, participant feedback, and documentation.
Coordinate development of training materials and resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
Respond to stakeholder queries and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with organizational training standards and policies.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience coordinating and managing corporate training programs.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
