Role Description

Training Coordinator -

*Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive*

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Roorkee. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing various training programs for employees. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role also involves maintaining records of employee training and progress by training need identification, annual training calendar, monthly training calendar, training feedback and evaluation, training effectiveness check, development initiatives, preparing KRAs/KPIs, skill matrix, competency mapping, and ensuring ISO audit compliance. Supports performance management and builds a strong learning culture aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training Coordination, Training, and Employee Training
• Experience in Training & Development
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Roorkee
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
