Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Kochi. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for new and existing employees. Daily tasks include scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records. The Training Coordinator will also collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training programs
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
