JOB DESCRIPTION: Design and Develop complex web/mobile applications using Force.com technology (i.e. VisualForce, Apex Classes, Apex Custom Controllers, Apex Triggers, and Apex Web services). For details visit http://www.force.com Participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment Work with a solid team which includes architects, leads, and developers Interact effectively via IM, JIRA and email with overseas clients JOB SPECIFICATION: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of object oriented programming. Strong conceptual and practical foundation in Web programming Strong programming experience in JAVA / C# Strong expertise in JavaScript and UI libraries like jQuery, Angular.js. Should be proficient in writing code to satisfy complex business logic and able to review the code related to customization as well that of integration. Ability to build and test and debug complex Web/mobile user interfaces Sound problem-solving skills Should be a self-starter. Strong knowledge of HTTP protocol. SOAP or REST experience would be an added advantage. Proven experience developing Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers, Force.com Sites and writing experience in complex SOQL queries would be a strong advantage. Responsible to review the code written by other developers, help resolve development/coding issues and ensure that code is written as per best practices as well as that is written with performance tuning in mind. Should work closely with Product Manager/Project Manager and other stake holder of product. Should be capable of hands on development as well as guiding the technical team.

JOB DESCRIPTION Training is part of the Implementation Services Department within CQ. Training is under the direct preview of Director of Customer Success, Implementation. The trainer is actively engaged in overseeing the development and maintenance of training materials. The trainer is responsible for ensuring new employees are equipped with all the materials and ancillary information required to complete the training program. The trainer is responsible for scheduling and conducting the training for any new hires in the Services team. The trainer is responsible for providing resources and end user training services to clients who require it. The trainer will work directly with any solution consultants to incorporate customer configurations in the materials for end user training. The trainer will work with Product Management to ensure that new product and version releases are captured in associated training materials. QUALIFICATIONS Education A Bachelors degree in Communications, English or Social Sciences. Experience Minimum of 0-2 years in software or med device/pharma industry Understanding of workflows and process diagrams. The technical acumen needed to quickly learn the new software and tools. Specific Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong knowledge of MS Project & MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT). Basic knowledge of the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on their compliance needs. Exposure to Training Programs or new program launches, in IT or in Manufacturing. Any prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
