• Build cloud product development software solutions.
• Own complex projects and act as the subject matter expert for stakeholders and customers on specific modules and features.
• Design, prototype, and configure products to validate solutions and prioritize problem resolution.
• Create high-quality specifications and communicate actionable requirements to engineering and QA teams.
• Prepare business requirements, epics, and user stories following SDLC and SCRUM methodology.
• Resolve functional and technical issues in product development solutions.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans ensuring the product development team has necessary resources for success.

Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

Experience

• Demonstrated ability to translate product roadmap features into comprehensive product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Experience in solution implementation, configuration, development, or consulting.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with IT systems for engineering or manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with a major PLM system (such as PTC Windchill, Dassault Systmes 3DExperience, Siemens Teamcenter, SAP-PLM, Oracle Agile) and/or Master Data Management.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and end customers.
• Experience preparing business requirements, design documentation for developers, and QC to translate into working software.
• Proficient in using JIRA or similar tools to create and manage epics, user stories, defects, and production issues.
• Possess a thorough understanding of learning modules.
• Experience prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
• Skilled in creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups using design and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Invision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in developing new and innovative cloud software solutions.
• Ability to travel, less than 25%.
