Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Training Coordinator located in Rudrapur. The HR Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, developing training materials, and assisting with the overall training and development initiatives. This role involves managing training schedules, tracking training attendance, and evaluating training outcomes. The Coordinator will work closely with HR management to ensure that all training programs align with the company’s goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training Coordination and Training & Development
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
