Job Description

  • Create and develop content for internal communications and external marketing campaigns to promote Academy programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate with Finance on accounts, follow up with customers on payment reminders, and manage certificate issuance upon verification of payment with Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Process and clear Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier and trainer invoices.
  • Plan annual training calendars for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Maldives

    .
  • Facilitate online and in-person training courses to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Organize logistics for training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems (Salesforce, LMS)
  • Prepare goal-setting documents and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage and coordinate the pool of trainers.
  • Handle training agreements and contracts.
  • Coordinate and complete the Comprehensive Inspection Program (CIP).

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Support the BD team with marketing newsletters and advertisements.
  • Plan and manage seminars and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

    in the maritime industry, ideally in a training role.
  • Prior experience in maritime training and education is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm and passion for professional growth.
