Position

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring all training and capacity-building activities for staff, public health stakeholders, and community groups.
The role includes conducting training needs assessments, preparing training calendars, designing modules, and developing IEC/BCC materials in collaboration with program leadership.
The Coordinator will facilitate pre- and post-assessments, track knowledge improvement, and support the integration of digital learning tools, including AI-based content, WhatsApp chatbots, and dashboards.
Key responsibilities include organizing capacity-building sessions for Program Officers, Community Organizers, ICDS and ASHA workers, and Community Action Groups such as MAS and Health Committees.
The role also involves field observations, volunteer skill development, preparation of training reports, and maintaining data systems to track outcomes and learning progress.
The Coordinator will document best practices, support cross-program learning, and ensure high-quality content delivery across all platforms.
Regular travel to Bhiwandi (urban and rural areas) is required for training execution, monitoring, and follow-up.
