Training Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Training Coordinator with 3 – 6 years of experience to design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate training programs that support organizational goals and employee development. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in managing end-to-end training logistics, and a passion for driving continuous learning across departments. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and skill gaps across the organization. Program Development: Assist in designing or selecting training programs (in-house, external, e-learning) aligned with business objectives. Coordination & Logistics: Organize training schedules, venues, materials, trainers, and equipment; ensure smooth execution of training sessions. Vendor Management: Liaise with external training vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate the quality of third-party training. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain training calendars, track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare reports on training effectiveness and ROI. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Training & Development are a plus. Experience: 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in coordinating corporate training or L&D functions. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with training software and tools (LMS, MS Office, Zoom, etc.). Ability to evaluate and improve training outcomes. Strong attention to detail and process orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both classroom and virtual training environments. Exposure to performance coaching or behavioral skills training.
