JOB DESCRIPTION: - Resolve customer complaints and breakdowns within SLA. Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components as per warranty terms. Obtain complaint closure report from customer. Submit detailed warranty reports. Timely status update and reporting to manager. Qualifications and Skills Graduation / Diploma / ITI (Electrical). 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fire control panels or similar electronic control systems. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
