Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate coach allocation and perform quality checks on installations in collaboration with the Railway team. Ensure team productivity, quality workmanship, and secure handling of all materials. Monitor daily attendance of installation and warranty teams. Lead and motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale. Maintain and regularly update all relevant project documentation. Draft official correspondence related to coach allotment, installations, and project progress. Address and resolve daily queries from the Railways and maintain effective coordination. Manage and oversee the payment collection process from the Railways. Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for billing submissions. Provide regular reports to management on ongoing activities with Western and Central Railways. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.Tech)./ Diploma 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fire control panels or similar electronic control systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong planning and tracking capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies. Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email communication. Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
