Senior Supervisor

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Location: Bangalore Kempegoda near Bangalore airport

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage manpower, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in food safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities.
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively across shifts.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor shift schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, FSMS, and HACCP.
• Monitor and implement FIFO and FEFO practices.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, personal hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per SOPs.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Train and guide team members on food safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Science (Microbiology / Food Technology / Biotechnology or related field preferred).
• Proven experience in supervising teams and handling manpower.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management systems.
• Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle operational challenges.
